These would have been great if the bananas were ripe, but I was short on time because I was making them before I went out of town. So we weren’t too crazy about them. But if made correctly, it can be a tasty healthy snack!

I really like bananna bread, and bannana muffins have a great chance of being a hit with me and Trieven, so if you want to try this again while we are around eachother, that would just be grand!
